With the rapid economic growth of China, more and more people are showing great interest in learning Mandarin for business purposes. In order to meet this increasing demand, Trans-Oceanic Service Inc. is providing the following Business Mandarin training program:
1. Customer-designed Business Mandarin training course.
2. Business Mandarin for Beginners is a course designed for English speakers who have no prior knowledge of Mandarin. This course is designed for people who are currently doing business in China or who are considering traveling there to explore business potential. The lessons focus on learning the Chinese phonetic system-Pinyin, tones, simple conversations, basic vocabulary and sentence patterns related to aspects of daily business routines through oral practice. Chinese business culture and business hints will also be covered.
3. Business Mandarin II is a course designed for English speakers who have a some knowledge of Mandarin. It is also intended for people currently doing business in China or planning to do so, and it provides a more in depth syllabus than the beginners course. The course does not replace a qualified interpreter, but students will gain an understanding of vocabulary and business etiquette. Business Mandarin II covers many aspects of daily economic life. It gives students a general and useful foundation for a first time business trip to China. The lessons mainly focus on the practical usage of Business Mandarin for trade and business procedures.
